Some even come with a ground sheet as tending to plants can be a messy business. There are different shapes and sizes available. Some need to be disassembled when not in use whereas others can simply be folded and stored away.

However the satisfaction that one gets from constructing one’s own greenhouse as a hobby cannot be got from assembling a kit. A spare closet can also be converted into a greenhouse. For light one just has to keep the closet door open or place a solar lamp in it. What all plants require is a suitable environment in which to grow and flourish and anyone who keeps and grows plants would be well aware of their requirements.

A portable greenhouse could even be one that one sets up in a backyard or even a small one that one places indoors on a shelf. The purpose of investing in a greenhouse is that ones plants survive the cold winter months.
